Department: Technical Sales (lighting industry)
Career level:  3-5 years external sales
Reporting Line: Reports to the Branch Manager 

Purpose:
Our client provides industrial and commercial lighting solutions to distributors and retailers across South Africa and into Africa. As the team grows, they are looking to appoint an experienced lighting rep with strong technical acumen and who is motivated by achieving sales targets and winning market share. 

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric.
• 3 to 5 years of related sales experience in an industrial and commercial lighting environment.
• Bilingual (English and Afrikaans).
• Highly motivated and a good self-manager.
• Strong relationship builder.
• Decent administration skills and PC proficiency.
• Must be a South African citizen with a valid ID and a clear criminal history.  
• A valid driver's licence and own vehicle are essential.

Notes:

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08h00 to 16h30. Remote.
Remuneration: Commensurate with experience + commission on target sales. Travel allowance, petrol and cellphone allowance.
Commencement date: From November 2026, at the latest 01 February 2027
