We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support the production of advanced industrial equipment and robotic systems. This role will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes, managing ERP data, and ensuring efficient, high-quality production operations.

What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and product data within Oracle MRP and Oracle Fusion
• Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) and product lifecycle management activities
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, and process flows
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure manufacturability and production readiness
• Analyze manufacturing processes to identify efficiency improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Support prototype builds, testing, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
• 5–8 years' experience in Manufacturing Engineering or a similar role
• Strong experience with Oracle MRP and Oracle Fusion systems
• Proven experience managing BOMs, routings, and ECO processes
• Strong understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and production processes
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
