My Client is looking for an experienced Head of Finance & Controlling to lead the financial and controlling function of a dynamic Business Unit.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for a finance professional who combines strategic financial insight with hands-on operational expertise, strong commercial acumen and a commitment to financial excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Financial reporting and management accounting.
• IFRS, revenue recognition and project financial compliance.
• Long-term contract and project accounting.
• Manufacturing finance and cost accounting.
• Cash-flow forecasting and working-capital management.
• Commercial finance, business partnering and profitability analysis.
• Bid costing, contract review and financial risk management.
• Internal financial controls and audit management.
• SAP ERP Financial Management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.

Minimum Requirements:

• BCom Degree in Accounting, Finance or an equivalent qualification
• Minimum of 10 years experience
• Strong knowledge and practical application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
