REQUIREMENTS
- 5–8 years' experience in global mobility, corporate travel, immigration services, international HR, workforce deployment or a related field.
- Proven experience supporting multi-country operations and international project environments.
- Working knowledge of international travel, visa, immigration, work permit and employment requirements.
- Experience with visa applications and immigration processes
- Experience managing corporate travel arrangements and related processes.
- Experience coordinating international flights, accommodation, car hire, travel insurance and ground transportation.
- Experience managing external service providers and international stakeholders.
- Strong organisational, planning and administrative skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, urgent requirements and last-minute changes.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-service orientation with a professional and proactive approach.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Global Mobility & Travel Manager will serve as the central point of coordination for international travel, immigration, relocation and workforce mobility across the organisation's global project network.
The role will support the deployment of consultants, project managers, technical specialists and support personnel across
South Africa, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Mauritius, Malaysia, the Middle East and other international locations.
The successful candidate will work closely with Directors, Project Managers, HR, Finance, Operations, employees, clients and international service providers to ensure that personnel are mobilised efficiently, compliantly and within agreed timelines.
WORKING ARRANGEMENT
Remote working is permitted, however Rosebank, Johannesburg is the preferred location.
