New vacancy is available for a Team Leader in the Production Department for our client in Port Elizabeth.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

• Determining, implementing and monitoring production processes and plans.
• Facilitate the training of team members to ensure versatility and machine rotation for break and relief.
• Responsible for daily production reports and taking action required when targets are not met.
• Manpower planning.
• Knowledge and adherence to H&S and HR procedures and regulations.
• Maintain exceptional housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 with maths or equivalent.
• Supervisor/Management experience with direct disciplinary responsibility (Min 2 Years).
• Managerial/Supervisory qualification.
• Product-on-hand experience will be an added advantage.
• Computer Literate –Excel Intermediate (minimum).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
