Our client is seeking a CNC Milling Operator to join their team.

Requirements:
Grade 12 or suitably qualified/ experienced to program and set CNC Machines.
Milling experience.
Oversee the setting of Conventional Machines.
Oversee housekeeping and safety.

Responsibilities:
Set up and manage CNC Machines to perform different jobs including drilling, tapping and milling.
Ensure the CNC Machine operates under company guidelines.
Oversee the machines while they execute tasks and make necessary changes to improve results.
Check feed, speed, coolant, hydraulic oil, etc to ensure safe machine operation.
Inspect machines daily to ensure functionality.
Provide timelines to clients.
Communicate logistics issues that arise during parts creation.
Ensure the results of the machining process align with client expectations.
Conduct regular CNC Machine assessments.

Salary:
R17 000 p/m.
