- Take Meeting Minutes
- Assist management with administrative tasks if and when needed
- Distribute and follow up on action list for staff of important tasks and deadlines
- Assist sales consultants/ operations with administrative task
- Action and process Once off’s and Call outs on inhouse CRM system
- Action and load New Contracts on inhouse CRM system
- Compile and action Re-instate services/ Stop services/ On Hold services/ Change Request Form on inhouse CRM system
- Print out, saving and distributing of documentation
- Keep track of the workflow process
- Request and add purchase order numbers
Compile and send tracking of disposal areas for specific sites12.
Send annual increase letters to clients on a monthly basis13.
Arrange access for Teams at clients
Matric with 2 years administrative experience
Excellent administrative skills
Highly organised and structured
Honest and reliable
Attention to detail is very important
Ability to work under pressure and according to strict timelines is critical
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
