Minimum requirements:
- Matric
- Relevant certificate in Transport Coordination/Management
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Driver’s License and own vehicle.
- Must be willing to work on weekends.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Responsible for all transportation to events and functions.
- Handle commuter concerns and direct problems to suitable parties.
- Prepare schedule for routes as well as review other prospects.
- Ensure that the transport protocols meet the church’s expectations.
- Responsible for networking and coordinating ministers, ushers, housekeeping, media crew, bishop, pastor, and medical crew.
- Responsible for networking and coordinating transport, caterers, vendors, events execution, and housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all transport requirements are met including Health and Safety regulations.
- Record driver concerns along with policy violations.
