Reporting to Executive: Human Capital.
Will provide expert advice, guidance and coaching to unit management regarding HR Operations, processes and procedures such as legislation, best employment practices and labour matters.
Provide support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives in support of the HR strategy, using expert knowledge and best practices.
Integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the hospital units
Drive a culture of performance, efficiency and accuracy as far as HC processes are concerned.
- Knowledge of BCEA, EE, LRA, BBBEE, SDA Employment legislation
