The ideal candidate should have the ability to execute, organisational development and change management and the skills to support a headcount of 400+ while adding value and excellence to their departments.
- Degree / Diploma in HR or relevant qualification
- Minimum 5-10 years’ proven HR and Management experience covering but limited to - Recruitment and Selection, Assessments, On-boarding, People Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, etc.
- Understanding of Employment Equity and Health and Safety Standards
- Clear credit and criminal record
