Magaliesburg Area – Gauteng: Our client is looking for a dynamic and ambitious General Manager/Operations Manager to join the team.
 
This is a top senior management vacancy with the successful incumbent being responsible for the overall management and leadership functions on the farm.
 
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

•  Agricultural Diploma / Degree
• Agricultural background essential
• Additional qualification in business management or admin advantageous
• Minimum of 6 previous years in a senior management role
• Previous HR experience essential
• Strong financial acumen and ability to work with and within a budget
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Afrikaans
• Strong administrative and record keeping skills
• Strong management skills
• Computer literate
• Previous fruit farming experience highly advantageous
• Computer literate
• Ability to work well in a team
