Talent Associate
We are currently recruiting for a Talent Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fast learner and dynamic individual. This will be an office-based position in Pretoria East.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Matric.
  • Beneficial: Relevant tertiary qualification.
  • More than 1 year of proven experience working in a sales environment.
  • Microsoft Office literate.
Additional Information
  • Basic salary + Commission  + Incentives.

 Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Advertising and running ad campaigns.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates for the relevant vacancies.
  • Social media use.
  • Ad Response and qualifying candidates.
  • Conducting interviews.
  • Responsible for Candidate Priming.
  • General administration and ad-hoc duties.
  • Conducting checks on candidates.
  • Building professional relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Setting and meeting targets.
  • Servicing existing client database.
  • Managing the client's needs and expectations.
  • Client visits.
  • Qualifying specs and business.
  • Quality assurance and due diligence were done on all CVs sent.
  • Debriefing candidates.
  • Negotiations.
  • Extending offers.
