Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a relevant IT support role.
- Relevant IT qualification (e.g. A+, N+, Diploma or similar)
- Solid understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Experience with Microsoft Windows environments.
- Basic knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches)
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable transport (advantageous)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to clients (remote and onsite)
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, hardware, and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues efficiently.
- Assist with network setup, maintenance, and monitoring.
- Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
- Assist senior technicians with more complex IT projects and implementations.
- Ensure all work is completed within agreed service levels.
